Ambassadori Kachreti sits on the Iori plateau in eastern Georgia — vineyards stretching to the horizon, the Caucasus a faint line in the distance, and space to think. We take over the resort for the residency: rooms, workspaces, gardens, a pool, and long Georgian dinners under the open sky.
